Made with organic rice koji from the Anong River basin in Yilan, and non-GMO organic soybeans grown locally in Hualien, this 100% Taiwanese ingredient is made with pesticide-free and fertilizer-free miso, resulting in the purest and sweetest miso flavor.
Traditional Japanese slow fermentation for 120 days creates a rich, deep, and naturally sweet flavor that is not overly salty, easily elevating the soul of any dish, whether used in soups, marinades, or seasonings.
Choosing locally grown organic soybeans not only reduces carbon emissions from long-distance transportation but also minimizes the risk of aflatoxin contamination, which is how we practice responsible consumption and production (SDGs 12) and climate action (SDGs 13) .

Return and Exchange Policy
- This product falls under the category of "Personal Care Products/Food," therefore, once opened and used, it is no longer valid within the seven-day shelf life and cannot be returned.
- If you receive a product with obvious defects or the wrong item was sent, please contact customer service within 48 hours and provide a complete unpacking video or photos so that we can verify the issue and arrange for a replacement or exchange.
